(9 December 2009) Join the OECD in Paris for the 10^th anniversary of the entry into force of its Anti-Bribery Convention. Speakers include Secretary-General Angel Gurria and US Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke. The anniversary will be marked with the release of the new Recommendation for Further Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions and the new OECD Initiative to Raise Global Awareness of Foreign Bribery. Attendees include representatives from all 38 State Parties to the Convention, as well as from major international organisations, civil society organisations and the private sector.
